Can someone please explain to me how this woman went from this... Janet a year ago, to the above pic?! The mind boggles! And why must her tata's always be out?! In anycase she looks fabulous - I might just have to jump her for those boots! Janet was photographed during her visit to BET's 106 & Park on Monday to promote her upcoming album '20 years old' (or '20.Y.O' as it will now be called). Suddenly 40 doesn't seem so bad...

I haven't worn a headband since I was six! Behind my ears would always ache after wearing one for an hour, but I digress...
